Donations of goods and services to our auction will go a long way towards supporting the construction of our Children’s Building.  Fortunately, there are many ways that your business will benefit from participating.  Please prayerfully consider your level of sponsorship.


Bronze Level Sponsor

Donation of up to $249 of merchandise or cash

Donors receive:

  • A custom display at our silent auction table for your donation, featuring information about your products and business
  • A listing of the donated item(s) on our auction website page, including your business’ name
  • A charitable donation contribution receipt. 


Silver Level Sponsor

Donation of $250 to $999 of merchandise, services, or cash

Donors receive:

  • A custom display at our silent auction table for your donation, featuring information about your business
  • A listing of the donated item(s) on our auction website page, including your business’ name and link to your website
  • A link to your website on the landing page of our auction website.  Our website has over 3000 unique monthly visitors with over 20,000 hits, and more are expected as our auction date grows closer.
  • Inclusion on the sponsorship page of our Preschool website.
  • A charitable donation contribution receipt.   


Gold Level Sponsor

Donation of $1000 to $2999 of merchandise, services, or cash

Donors receive:

  • A custom display at our silent auction table for your donation, featuring information about your business and/or inclusion in our live auction
  • A listing of the donated item(s) on our auction website page, including your business’ name and link to your website
  • A link to your website on the landing page of our auction website.  Our website has over 3000 unique monthly visitors with over 20,000 hits, and more are expected as our auction date grows closer.

  • Logo and/or sponsorship inclusion on our campus information slideshows.  These slideshows are viewed by the nearly 700 weekly visitors to our church campus.
  • Recognition as an auction sponsor in our weekly e-mail newsletter.  Our bi-weekly e-mails reach over 800 people in the Navarre area who rely on this publication for information about upcoming events.
  • A charitable donation contribution receipt. 


Platinum Level Sponsor

Donation of over $3000+ of merchandise, services, or cash

Donors receive:

  • A custom display at our silent auction table for your donation, featuring information about your business and/or inclusion in our live auction
  • A listing of the donated item(s) on our auction website page, including your business’ name and link to your website
  • A link to your website on the landing page of our auction website.  Our website has over 3000 unique monthly visitors with over 20,000 hits, and more are expected as our auction date grows closer.
  • Inclusion on the sponsorship page of our Preschool website.  This website is visited by over 100 people every month, and is checked frequently by parents of our preschool students.
  • Logo and/or sponsorship inclusion on our campus information slideshows.  These slideshows are viewed by the nearly 700 weekly visitors to our church campus.
  • Recognition as an auction sponsor in our weekly e-mail newsletter.  Our weekly e-mails reach over 800 people in the Navarre area who rely on this publication for information about upcoming events.
  • Complimentary vendor space during the event (6’ x 4’ indoor area or 10’ x 10’ outdoor area).  This is a great way to reach over 2,000 expected visitors to our church during the auction.
  • A charitable donation contribution receipt.

Consignment

If you have items that you wish to sell, but you don’t want to donate them, you or your business can still participate by putting these items up for auction through consignment.  This option is a great way to reach new customers while ensuring that you get a fair price for your product or service. 


Advantages to you and/or your business include:

  • Product exposure along Highway 98.  Our location next to the Navarre Walmart brings over 42,000 daily drive-by visitors.
  • Direct exposure of your product and business to over 2,000 expected customers.
  • Low commission of 10% to sell your item
  • No “reserve fee” if your item doesn’t sell


If you’re interested in this option, just follow these simple steps.


  1. Select your items and assign each of them a minimum sale price. 
  2. Fill out the consignment form for each item that you’re putting in the sale.
  3. Bring your items to First Baptist Church of Navarre on November 15th.  You are responsible for labeling, decorating, and arrangement of your items in your assigned area.
  4. The auction runs from 10AM to 4PM Saturday, November 16th.  The minimum bid for your item(s) must be met in order for the item to sell.
  5. FBCN will collect all money from the sale, then remit a check to you for the purchase amount minus a 10% commission fee.

Vendor Space

If you’re looking for a way to gain publicity for your business or organization, there’s no better place to do it than our auction.  We’re expecting over 2,000 visitors from all over Santa Rosa, Okaloosa, and Escambia counties to join us for a day of fun and shopping.  As a vendor, you’ll have the opportunity to interact with all of them!


We have two levels of vendor spaces available.


Table-Only - $100

Participants receive:

  • A 6’ x 4’ white folding table and two chairs located in our air-conditioned Fellowship Hall.  This area of the church is adjacent to the live auction being held in the front parking lot.  


Sponsorship Level - $500

Participants receive:

  • Your choice of a 12’ x 4’ indoor space or 10’x10’ outdoor space with Hwy 98 visibility.
  • Two white folding tables and four folding chairs
  • 110v electricity available upon request
  • A link to your website on the landing page of our auction website.  Our website has over 3000 unique monthly visitors with over 20,000 hits, and more are expected as our auction date grows closer.


If you’re interested in a vendor space, please contact Sarah Heller at sarah.heller@fbcnavarre.org or (850)748-3555.  These spaces are already filling very quickly, and we only have a limited number of spaces left.  It is our policy to limit the number of representatives of direct marketing companies to one space per company.  Please click here for a list of vendors who have already reserved their slot.


Volunteer

We need everyone to come together to help with our auction and block party.  Currently, we are looking for volunteers in the following positions:


Food Sales - We need help selling snacks and meals to our hungry visitors.  Food will be pre-made; you just have to serve!

Security - We are looking for people who can help with everything from parking lot safety to securing our auction, vendors and children’s areas.

Silent and Live Auction Preparation - We need people who can approach local businesses for donations and help with preparing displays.




FAQ

  1. I want to donate an item, but I don’t want to see it sell for less than its value.  What can I do?  Many businesses want to ensure that their item doesn’t sell for a price that is too low for their brand.  For this reason, we are more than happy to set a reserve price for any item that is donated to the auction.
  2. I want to donate something big, but I can’t afford to give it away.  What can I do?  Put it on consignment with us! Check out our consignment option (link this to the consignment page).  This option gives you the ability to sell an item in our auction, but keep 90% of the amount it sells for.  
  3. I’m not a church member.  Can I still participate?  Absolutely!  Just call the church office at (850)939-3424 to discuss how your business can include its merchandise in our auction and/or rent a vendor space.
  4. Can I donate or consign a used item?  YES, but at this time, we are only accepting used items with a value of over $100.  All used items must be in good working condition, and mechanical or electrical issue must be disclosed.  FBCN reserves the right to pull items from the auction due to poor condition.
  5. I can’t donate, but I still want to help.  An event like this requires dozens of people to help with everything from setting up, selling food, and packing down at the end of the night.  Just call the church office at (850)939-3424 if you would like to help.
  6. What can I sell from a vendor table?  All vendor displays and items for sale must be approved by the Auction Organizers.  This ensures that we only have a single representative from each direct marketing company.  Handmade, used and/or “garage sale” items are allowed upon approval.  The Auction Organizers reserve the right to refuse to display items that are inappropriate or do not support Biblical teachings.
